Job Description

Self-starter with strong time management, organizational, leadership and relationship skills who is looking to develop a business career in the world of fashion and services. Must appreciate on-trend and/or classic as modern style while enjoying both operations and team building.

Primary Objective:

Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the salon and retail area. Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service while maintaining a high level of quality services. To provide the level of management required in developing more efficient ways to handle the client flow. Consistently manage the financial stability at the center. To lead the business with the Salon’s mission statement and core values in mind.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve Digital presence of BnB on Social Media platforms like Instagram, Facebook etc.
  • Ensure that the budgets are followed, profit goals and benchmark goals are met, programs are implemented and the building and equipment are maintained at the center
  • Provide leadership and direction on the Salon Team and the Guest Relations Team
  • Coaching, manage and interact with all teams to ensure the development and implementation of quality programs and services that meet the philosophy of Bob Steele Salon
  • Recruit, interview and staff all open positions
  • Responsible for handling all customers challenges appropriately
  • Responsible for all scheduling, preparing all information for payroll processing, and approvals for time off of the entire location
  • To plan and grow the salon as a profitable business while maintaining the philosophical standards as established by the salon
  • Participate in any training and implement practices that are taught
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO

Accountability:

  • Overseeing the day to day operations
  • Maintaining all points described in Salon Visit Log
  • Always make sound business decisions with the “Client first” mentality

Assumptions:

  • Financial, responsible for site invoices and register reporting
  • Contacts, significant internally and externally, vendors and contractors
  • Excellent management planning, negotiating skills, communication, organizational and computer proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to CEO

Shifts:
All days = 8 hours between 8:30am to 9:00pm

Qualifications:

1. 1 year management experience in retail, restaurant or beauty/medical services preferred

2. Proven track record of continuous growth both personally and professionally
